Lyres & Liars is a California-based Fantasy Folk Band. With each performance, this quartet invites you into their world through story and song. Their lyrical-focused songwriting fused with a modern folk sound will entertain and immerse any audience into an experience that is both fantastical and familiar. 

 

The band members and characters of Lyres & Liars consist of lead vocalist Adam Sussman (Adam The Sparrow), Mandolin player Robin Kate Bailey (Wren Heron), Flutist Natasha Gomez (Lady Natasha Finch), and percussionist Alex Redd (Alexander Von Warbler). The group initially came together as a team of comedic actors and improvisational musicians and formed a band in the summer of 2023. They got right to composing and performing original music as well as a variety of popular covers and new arrangements. 

 

Lyres & Liars most recently finished a 2-month run as “The Songbirds” at Legoland California Resort, with original material written for their winter season offerings.
